Founder & Managing Partner
Dan Thiessen
Dan grew up on a local cattle ranch. After culinary school and working in Europe, Dan built a 25-year career in the dining and catering business as a chef, operator, and educator. Now Managing Partner of the Walla Walla Steak Company & Crossbuck Brewing locations as well as Yellowhawk Resort, Thiessen Ranch and Wagon
Wrench Vineyard. Dan’s roots in the community, industry connections, and
leadership drive the business and brand.
Executive Assistant
Hailey Skay
Hailey is originally from Kennewick, Washington. Hailey moved to Walla Walla in 2017 and graduated from Walla Walla Community College in 2019. With 5 years' experience in personal injury law, Hailey loves connecting with people, assisting & encouraging her team members, and learning new things.
